At 420tea.com, it is our priority to deliver our products as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction. We aim to keep our products in stock at all times, however, some products take additional time to ship. Please see our shipping and return policies below for additional information.

Shipping

If the product item not indicate Shipping & Handling includes. Shipping charges will appear upon checkout. Once payment for the order has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to you. A second confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been shipped ; this email will include either delivery confirmation or tracking information depending on the carrier used. We make every effort possible to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of the date the order was placed. If an order is not expected to be shipped within the 3-5 business day time frame we will email you with an expected shipping date.

The minimum shipping charge assessed to any size order is $ 5.00. We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US PO boxes, FPOs and APOs. We do not currently ship orders outside of the continental US except as noted above. Choosing a higher cost shipping option does not expedite the actual processing time of the order which can vary from 3 - 5 business days depending upon product availability.


Tax

If the product item not indicate Tax includes. The 5 % Sales Tax will be applied to all orders that are taxable and are shipped to a location in the State of Virginia and / or the customer's billing address indicates that that customer resides in the state of Virginia.


Damages/Shortages   

All shortages are to be reported to Contact 420Tea.com within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Please keep the original carton. 420tea.com will report all damages to the shipper. It may be necessary for you to provide a damaged shipment to your local USPS office for inspection if your order was shipped via the USPS.

Returns

Items may be returned within 15 days from the shipment date provided they are unused and unopened. No exceptions will be made. Nutritional bars and refrigerated products are not returnable. Quantity purchases of a product are also not returnable. A quantity purchase is defined as 1 case or more of one product . We will issue a refund for returned items, less shipping charges, and less a 15% restocking charge. If the return is the result of our error the full purchase price of the order will be refunded. No return will be accepted without a RETURN #. All refused deliveries by a customer will also be subject to the 15% restocking charge and in addition the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge both to the address supplied by the customer and for the delivery back to 420tea.com. Also a delivery which has been opened by the customer and returned to the USPS, as refused delivery will be refused by 420tea.com and returned to the customer by the shipper. Deliveries that are returned to us resulting from either an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer will also be subject the 15% restocking charge and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge both to the address supplied by the customer and for the delivery back to 420tea.com. Shipping Costs & Methods

Please note that all orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post/First Class / Priority Mail , the carrier used will depend on the weight of the shipment and the delivery method chosen by the customer. Also please note that all orders to PO Boxes and to FPO and APO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail regardless of weight. We reserve the right to add a shipping surcharge to all extremely heavy orders;  in addition all free shipping coupons which are used for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are valid for deliveries up to 2 pounds; deliveries in excess of 2 pounds will be subject to a shipping surcharge.  The customer will be given the opportunity to cancel their order prior to shipment at no cost if they decide not to pay the surcharge.  Deliveries that are sent to a hotel address will be considered delivered to the customer when signed for by an hotel employee, the customer assumes the risk of non-delivery from the hotel employee to the customer.  We do not guarantee that a shipment to a hotel address will be delivered within a specific number of days or by the customer抯 check out date.

International Shipping Policy:

420tea.com accepts orders from Canada.  We ship all parcels via United States Postal Service First Class International, or United States Postal Service Priority Mail International. 420tea.com will not assume responsibility for orders shipped to foreign countries. When you place an order with 420tea.com you are assuming all risks for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed or impounded orders. It is the customer抯 responsibility to check with the foreign countries?customs office to see if your country permits the import of the products that that you ordered from us. When you place your order, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions for international shipping. 

Terms and Conditions for International Shipping:

All orders that are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International will arrive within 1 to 2 weeks from shipment.  This is the lowest cost option for small packages up to one pounds. The customer should be aware that delivery times are only estimates, delivery times can be longer.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or impounded orders.  All international sales are final, no returns will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.  All orders shipped to Canada are insured.  We will work with the customer to file an insurance claim for non delivered or damaged shipments.  We will only ship a replacement order to the customer if the insurance carrier pays 420tea.com for the lost or damaged order.  If the insurance carrier refuses to reimburse 420tea.com for the customer抯 order then the customer is responsible for the lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or impounded order.  420tea.com will not reship your order until reimbursement has been received from the insurance carrier.

Only place your 420tea.com order if the contents of your order are accepted into Canada. 420tea.com cannot refund an order if it is impounded by your country

You are responsible for directly paying duties or taxes that may be assessed by your country.  420tea.com does not collect duties or taxes from the purchaser of our products and because of the complexity of differences from one country to another we do not know how much you may have to pay. Check with your countries?customs office  to determine the amount if any of duties and taxes that you will have to directly pay to your country.  We will list your purchase as tea or a  Nutritional Supplement.  Please let us know if the purchase is a gift and we will indicate that info on the customs form.

Individuals and business entities that place orders with 420tea.com agree to all of the terms and conditions specified on the 420tea.com website.

The customer that places an order with 420tea.com is responsible for providing correct and accurate address information. USPS Delivery Confirmation or UPS/Fedex Tracking Information when available will be the sole criterion used to determine if an order was delivered to the customer. A signature is not required for proof of delivery.
